摘　　要：为实现轧钢厂入料、出料的全自动智能化控制,设计一套加热炉电气控制系统,包括对步进式上料台架控制、钢坯自动识别、装料辊道定位、入料出料定位控制及步进梁控制等多项控制功能,以大幅提高加热炉智能化水平,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。In order to achieve fully automatic and intelligent control of the feeding and discharging of steel rolling plants,a heating furnace electrical control system has been designed,which includes multiple control functions such as stepper feeding platform control,billet automatic identification,loading roller positioning,feeding and discharging positioning control,and stepper beam control.This greatly improves the intelligent level of the heating furnace and reduces the labor intensity of the staff.
