摘  要:铁路货车摇枕、侧架材质为B+级钢(ZG25MnCrNi),采用酯硬化水玻璃砂造型、制芯及炉外精炼铸造工艺技术。鉴于滚珠直线导轨副定位传动精度高、磨耗小、运动平稳、互换性好等优点,在对摇枕、侧架的检测量规设计过程中,引入滚珠直线导轨副,降低了量具检测人员的劳动强度,减小了量规的磨损,提高了综合生产率。The bolster and side frame of railway freight cars are made of B+grade steel(ZG25MnCrNi),using ester hardened sodium silicate sand molding,core making,and external refining casting technology.Considering the advantages of high positioning and transmission accuracy,low wear,smooth movement,and good interchangeability of the ball linear guide pair,the introduction of the ball linear guide pair in the design process of the inspection gauge for the swing bolster and side frame reduces the labor intensity of the gauge inspection personnel,reduces the wear of the gauge,and improves the overall productivity.
