数字印模对牙支持式可摘局部义齿修复的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:观察可摘局部义齿修复采用数字印模的作用,探究牙列缺损治疗更为有效、理想的方案。方法:选择本院就诊于2021年1月~2022年12月牙列缺损患者82例为研究对象,将患者依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规牙支持式可摘局部义齿修复治疗,观察组采用数字印模+牙支持式可摘局部义齿修复治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组治疗有效率、并发症发生率无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组吞咽功能评分、牙齿稳固性评分、咀嚼功能评分、发音功能评分、牙齿舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组美观满意度、舒适满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙列缺损患者治疗中,采用数字印模+牙支持式可摘局部义齿修复治疗效果理想,并发症发生率低,治疗后牙齿稳固性、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能恢复理想,患者满意度高。Objective:To observe the effect of digital impression on removable partial denture restoration and explore a more effective and ideal treatment for dentition defects.Method:82 patients with dentition defects were studied and observed in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group received conventional dental support removable partial denture repair treatment,while the observation group received digital impression+dental support removable partial denture repair treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.After treatment,there was no difference in the effective rate and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the swallowing function score,tooth stability score,chewing function score,pronunciation function score,and tooth comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the satisfaction with aesthetics and comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with dentition defects,the use of digital impression+tooth support removable partial denture restoration has ideal results,low incidence of complications,and ideal restoration of tooth stability,chewing function,and swallowing function after treatment.Patient satisfaction is high,and it can be promoted and applied.
