摘　　要：地方涉农院校中农科人才的耕读教育直接决定着乡村振兴战略的高效推进。现阶段耕读教育主导作用不显著、专业化师资力量不足、耕读精神培养不够、评价及保障体系不完善等问题突出。该文在分析农科人才耕读教育与乡村振兴的紧密关系后,以创新多样化的耕读课程实施方式将耕读精神全面融入校园文化建设,构建多元耕读教育评价及保障体系等方面入手,突破耕读教育实施的困境,提出适合地方涉农院校的耕读教育体系路径及办法,夯实育人实效,为乡村振兴战略的稳步推进提供有力的人才资源支撑。The training of agricultural talents in local agriculture-related colleges and universities directly determines the efficient promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,the leading role of farming-and-reading education is not significant,the strength of specialized teachers is insufficient,the cultivation of farming-and-reading spirit is not enough,and the evaluation and security system is imperfect.After analyzing the close relationship between the farming-and-reading education of agricultural talents and the revitalization of the countryside,this paper starts with the innovative and diversified implementation of farming-and-reading courses,the comprehensive integration of farming-and-reading spirit into the construction of campus culture,and the construction of multiple farming-and-reading education evaluation and security system.Then,the paper breaks through the predicament of the implementation of farming-and-reading education and puts forward the paths and methods of farming-and-reading education system suitable for local agriculture-related colleges and universities,so as to consolidate the actual effect of education and provide strong human resources support for the steady progress of the rural revitalization strategy.
