摘 要:针对东坡煤矿井下顺槽DSJ140/220/2×400型带式输送机变频控制系统只能控制皮带恒速运行,节能减耗效果不理想的问题,进行智能节能变频调速控制系统研究。通过对不同煤流量下系统功率最小时对应速度最优值求解,利用PLC模糊控制器对不同运输煤量设定了恒速变功率与变速变功率两种节能控制逻辑。经实际运行电量监测,智能节能控制系统能耗降低约18.3%,效果明显。In view of the problem that the DSJ140/220/2×400 type belt conveyor variable frequency control system of the downhole channel in Dongpo Coal Mine can only control the constant speed operation of the belt,and the energy-saving and consumption reduction effect is not ideal,the intelligent energy-saving variable frequency speed control system is studied.By solving the optimal speed value corresponding to the minimum system power under different coal flow rates,the PLC fuzzy controller is used to set two energy-saving control logics:constant speed variable power and variable speed variable power for different coal transportation quantities.After actual operation and monitoring of electricity quantity,the intelligent energy-saving control system reduces energy consumption by about 18.3%,with significant results.
