摘 要:文章针对水下运载器用火箭外堵盖的功能性能需求提出了多种技术方案,并进行了方案比较,提出了结构设计思路;通过有限元仿真计算模拟实际工况进行性能校核,成功研制出原理样机,通过了气密试验、水密试验等原理性试验验证。试验结果表明,该火箭外堵盖结构能够满足在0.5MPa外部水压密封、3MPa内部燃气压力下可靠打开的要求,能够较好地满足水下运载器的使用要求。The article proposes multiple technical solutions for the functional performance requirements of rocket outer covers for underwater vehicles,compares them,and proposes structural design ideas;Through finite element simulation calculation to simulate actual working conditions for performance verification,a prototype of the principle has been successfully developed,and has been verified through principle tests such as airtightness and water tightness tests.The test results show that the outer cover structure of the rocket can meet the requirements of reliable opening under 0.5MPa external water pressure sealing and 3MPa internal gas pressure,and can bettermeet the requirements of underwater vehicle use.
