摘 要:为掌握引起西藏牦牛腹泻的主要细菌性病原,从西藏拉萨、林芝、山南等地区采集牦牛腹泻粪便样品进行细菌分离鉴定,分离出大肠杆菌328株、屎肠球菌61株、沙门氏菌17株、产气荚膜梭菌9株、粪肠球菌6株、芽孢杆菌3株。大肠杆菌、屎肠球菌和沙门氏菌在西藏牦牛腹泻症中最常见,产气荚膜梭菌数量也相对较多,应引起重视,为西藏牦牛腹泻症的防控和治疗提供参考依据。In order to understand the main bacterial pathogens causing diarrhea in Tibetan yaks,stool samples were collected from Lhasa,Nyingchi and Sannan for bacterial isolation and identification,328 strains of E.coli,61 strains of Enterococcus faecium,17 strains of salmonella,9 strains of Clostridium perfringens,6 strains of Enterococcus faecalis and 3 strains of Bacillus were isolated.Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecium and Salmonella are the most common pathogens in Tibetan yak diarrhea,and their Clostridium perfringens are relatively large.Therefore,more attention should be paid to them,so as to provide reference for the prevention,control and treatment of Tibetan yak diarrhea.
