摘　　要：种植修复在牙列缺损或牙列缺失的修复治疗中越来越受欢迎。与此同时,骨质疏松症是人类最常见的骨骼疾病之一,也是全球性公共卫生问题,其病理表现主要包括骨矿物质含量及密度下降等。这意味着骨质疏松症患者的颌骨及牙槽骨也可能存在这一问题,进而对骨质疏松症患者的种植修复产生不良影响。事实上,骨质疏松症与种植成功率之间的关系至今尚无定论,但种植失败与骨质疏松症的发生均与患者年龄、激素水平、全身健康状况等显著相关,因此两者在病因学上存在紧密联系。本文旨在分析骨质疏松症与种植体骨结合的关系,综合最新文献总结骨质疏松症和种植失败的共同危险因素,以及促进骨质疏松症患者种植体骨结合的方法,为预测种植修复的风险,改善临床预后提供指导和帮助。Dental implants have become an increasingly popular in the restorative treatment of dentition defects or deletions.Meanwhile,osteoporosis is one of the most common bone diseases and a global public health problem.The pathological manifestations of osteoporosis mainly include the decrease of bone mineral content and density.This means that the jaw and alveolar bone of patients with osteoporosis may also have this problem,which will have adverse effects on implant restoration of patients with osteoporosis.In fact,the relationship between osteoporosis and the success rate of implantation has not been concluded yet,but implantation failure and the occurrence of osteoporosis are significantly correlated with patient age,hormone level and overall health status,so the two are closely related in etiology.The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between osteoporosis and implant osseointegration.To summarize the common risk factors of osteoporosis and implant failure,and the methods to promote implant osseointegration in patients with osteoporosis,so as to provide guidance and help for predicting the risk of implant repair and improving the clinical prognosis.
