摘　　要：静脉畸形(venous malformations,VM)是口颌面部常见先天性血管畸形,文献结果显示:口颌面部VM发生占比约67.6%,常累及上下唇、颊黏膜和舌体腹背黏膜和黏膜下组织,在老年人群中发病率会更高。近年来激光被广泛应用到口腔医学疾病诊治中,有相关研究结果表明:应用钕(neodymium:yttrium-aluminumgarnet,Nd:YAG)激光干预已成为近年来VM精准化治疗的前沿方向之一,其核心作用机制表述为Nd:YAG激光光能以热效应的方式被口颌面VM瘤体内所含血红蛋白、黑色素等物质选择性吸收,局部作用于瘤体扩张的血管内皮衬里,使其凝固收缩被机体渐进性自主吸收。本文对口颌面部VM的Nd:YAG激光治疗技术要点、存在的疑问等要点进行阐述,以期对相关基础研究和临床工作提供参考。Venous malformation is a common congenital vascular malformation in the oral and maxillofacial region.The literature results showed that VM is located in a higher proportion of the oral and maxillofacial region(67.6%),often involving the upper and lower lips,buccal mucosa or tongue tissue,especially in the elderly.At present,the precise treatment of VM with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser has become a new hot spot in the treatment of VM.Its energy can be selectively absorbed by hemoglobin,melanin,etc.in oro-maxillofacial VM tumors,and the light energy acts on the endothelial lining of abnormal blood vessels in the form of thermal energy.Produce selective coagulation destruction on the tumor.This paper expounds the points and questions of the nd:yag laser treatment technique of the maxillofacial vm,in order to provide reference for the relevant basic research and clinical work.
