牙周病患者人格特征对治疗依从性的影响及美学期望的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周病患者人格特征对治疗依从性的影响及美学期望的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样的方法将笔者医院2021年1月-2021年9月就诊的112例牙周病患者作为调查对象进行横断面研究,采用自制一般资料调查表,进行问卷调查,分析牙周病患者人格特征对治疗依从性的影响及美学期望的中介作用,探究美学期望在牙周病患者人格特征与治疗依从性间的中介效应。结果:剔除无效问卷5份,最终获得有效问卷107份,有效回收率为95.54%;治疗依从性(72.24±14.26)分,其中男性、年龄≥60岁患者治疗依从性得分高于女性、年龄<60岁患者(P<0.05)。治疗依从性得分与人格特征中神经质得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.523),与严谨性、外向性呈显著正相关(r=0.597;r=0.897);治疗依从性得分与美学期望呈显著正相关(r=0.867)(P<0.05);神经质对治疗依从性有显著预测作用(β=-1.178,P<0.001),且为全部效应,外向性对治疗依从性有显著预测作用(β=2.522,P<0.001),美学期望中介效应为0.902,占总效应比例为35.77%(0.902/2.522)。结论:牙周病患者治疗依从性与人格特征和美学期望存在显著相关,神经质人格对治疗依从性起全部效应,美学期望在牙周病患者外向性人格与治疗依从性间起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the influence of periodontal patients'personality characteristics on treatment compliance and the mediating effect of aesthetic expectations.Methods Using convenience sampling method,112 patients with periodontal disease in the author's hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were used as the survey subjects to conduct cross-sectional study.Using self-made general information questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the personality characteristics of periodontal disease patients.The influence of treatment compliance and the mediating effect of aesthetic expectations,to explore the mediating effect of aesthetic expectations between the personality characteristics of periodontal patients and treatment compliance.Results Excluding 5 invalid questionnaires,107 valid questionnaires were finally obtained,with an effective recovery rate of 95.54%.Treatment compliance(72.24±14.26)points,of which the scores of treatment compliance for males and patients≥60 years old were higher than those for females and younger than 60 years old(P<0.05).Treatment compliance score was significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism scores in personality characteristics(r=-0.523),and significantly positively correlated with rigor and extroversion(r=0.597,r=0.897).Treatment compliance Sex score was significantly positively correlated with aesthetic expectations(r=0.867)(P<0.05).Neuroticism has a significant predictive effect on treatment compliance(β=-1.178,P<0.001),and is the full effect,extra version has a significant predictive effect on treatment compliance(β=2.522,P<0.001),and aesthetic expectations are the mediator The effect is 0.902,accounting for 35.77%of the total effect(0.902/2.522).Conclusion Treatment compliance of patients with periodontal disease is significantly related to personality characteristics and aesthetic expectations.Neurotic personality has a full effect on treatment compliance.Aesthetic expectations play a partially mediating role between the extroverted pe
