摘　　要：本文对2016—2022年海南省冷冻饮品食品安全监督抽检情况进行统计分析,旨在寻找现阶段影响海南省冷冻饮品质量的主要因素。分析结果表明,微生物项目不合格仍然是现阶段影响冷冻饮品质量安全的主要因素。This paper conducts a statistical analysis of the sampling inspection of frozen beverage food safety in Hainan Province from 2016 to 2022,aiming to find the main factors affecting the quality of frozen beverages in Hainan Province at this stage.The analysis results show that unqualified microbial items are still the main factors affecting the quality and safety of frozen drinks at this stage.
