小分子多靶点药物治疗肺癌的研究进展

摘　　要：肺癌作为常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,属于世界范围内的高发疾病,其中非小细胞肺癌是该病最常见分型,占75%左右。肺癌早期治疗多借助于手术方式,通过切除病灶而达到治疗目的,中晚期治疗以综合治疗为主,常见方案即化疗联合放疗,但化疗易导致机体耐药,加之毒副作用影响(常见的毒副作用有骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应等),使得患者治疗过程中极为痛苦。在肺癌疾病进展中,肿瘤组织新生血管生成属于关键性步骤,且该过程具有一定复杂性。新生血管生成意味着肿瘤出现侵袭、转移,预示着疾病的进一步恶化,但当肿瘤生长至一定大小,且未见新生血管生成时肿瘤将会难以继续生长,使得以肿瘤血管内皮细胞为靶点的治疗方法受到广泛关注。多年研究显示,小分子多靶点药物在肺癌治疗中的优越性已经得到大量实验证实。本文综述小分子多靶点药物治疗肺癌的研究进展。Lung cancer,as a common malignant tumor disease,is a high-incidence disease in the world,among which non-small cell lung cancer is the most common type of the disease,accounting for about 75%.Early treatment of lung cancer mostly relies on surgery to achieve the purpose of treatment by excising the lesions.The treatment of middle and advanced stage is mainly comprehensive treatment,and the common scheme is chemotherapy with radiotherapy.However,chemotherapy can easily lead to drug resistance in the body,and the toxic and side effects(common myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reactions,etc.)make patients extremely painful during treatment.In the progression of lung cancer,tumor angiogenesis is a key step,and this process has certain complexity.Angiogenesis means that the tumor invades and metastasizes,which indicates the further deterioration of the disease,but when the tumor grows to a certain size and no angiogenesis is seen,it will be difficult for the tumor to continue to grow,which makes the treatment methods targeting tumor vascular endothelial cells receive extensive attention.Through years of research,the superiority of small molecule multi-targeted drugs in the treatment of lung cancer has been confirmed by a large number of experiments.This article reviews the research progress of small molecule multi-targeted drugs in the treatment of lung cancer.
