乳腺癌在全数字化乳腺X线摄影诊断中的征象分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌在全数字化乳腺X线摄影诊断中的征象,旨在提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析54例经手术病理证实、全数字化乳腺X线摄影诊断为乳腺癌患者的乳腺X线图像表现特点。结果54例乳腺癌患者中,表现为单纯肿块型36例,肿块伴恶性钙化12例,单纯恶性钙化3例,单纯局部结构扭曲1例,局部结构扭曲伴恶性钙化1例,局部不对称致密1例。肿块边缘分叶16例,长短不一毛刺征26例,水肿晕环征5例,皮肤增厚23例,乳头凹陷17例,腋窝淋巴结肿大17例。结论乳腺癌在全数字化乳腺X线摄影中的表现有明显特征,结合临床触诊等资料有助于早期发现病变、术前定位及定性诊断。Objective To investigate the signs of breast cancer in fully-field digital mammography,so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of mammographic image performance characteristics of 54 patients with surgically pathologically confirmed,fully-field digital mammography diagnosis of breast cancer.Results Among the 54 breast cancer patients,36 cases showed simple mass type,12 cases of mass with malignant calcification,3 cases of simple malignant calcification,1 case of simple local structural distortion,1 case of local structural distortion with malignant calcification,and 1 case of local asymmetric denseness.There were 16 cases of marginal lobed mass,26 cases of different length burr sign,5 cases of edema halo sign,23 cases of skin thickening,17 cases of crater nipple,17 cases of axillary fossa lymphadenectasis.Conclusion Breast cancer has distinctive features in full-field digital mammography,combined with clinical palpation and other information can help in early detection of lesions,preoperative localization and qualitative diagnosis.
