摘　　要：介绍黄星垣研究员清热解毒法辨治外感热病学术思想,探讨清热解毒法和《伤寒论》阳明病之联系,并按其提出的从《伤寒论》阳明病辨治思路,结合清热解毒法治疗外感发热。附以具体案例对辨治手段进行实践展示并讨论,为临床辨治外感热病提供参考。This paper introduces the academic thought of Huang Xingyuan on the differentiation and treatment of exogenous febrile disease with the method of Toxin Therapy,investigates into the relationship between the meth⁃od of exogenous febrile disease and the Yangming disease in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.He treats exogenous fever with the method of Toxin Therapy based on the thought of differentiation and treatment of Yangming disease in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.The above methods of differentiation and treatment are demonstrated and discussed with specific cases,providing reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of exogenous heat diseases.
