单极射频治疗睑袋的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨一种单极射频治疗睑袋的临床疗效。方法自2020年6月至2022年10月,郑州大学第一附属医院医学美容中心对19例眼部伴有睑袋患者行单极射频治疗3次,每次间隔时间为1个月。分别于治疗前、3次治疗后、末次治疗后3个月进行随访。采用泪槽畸形等级量表(tear trough ratingscale,TTRS)评分法评估治疗效果,并进行患者满意度调查,记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果治疗前19例患者TTRS评分为(1.79±0.53)分,3次治疗后TTRS评分为(0.53±0.61)分,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);末次治疗后3个月TTRS评分为(0.47±0.51)分,与3次治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次随访时7例(36.8%)对疗效表示非常满意,10例(52.6%)满意,2例(10.6%)一般,所有患者未出现明显不良反应。结论单极射频治疗下睑袋安全简便,效果确切,治疗痛苦小,不良反应少,患者接受度高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of unipolar radio frequency therapy in the treatment of lower eyelid bag.Methods From June 2020 to October 2022,19 patients with lower eyelid bag were treated with 3 times with an interval of 1 month.Before treatment,after 3 treatments and 3 months after the last treatment,patients were followed up.TTRS score was used to evaluate the treatment effect,and patient satisfaction survey was conducted,and adverse reactions in the treatment process was recorded.Results Before treatment,the TTRS score of 19 patients was(1.79±0.53).After three times of treatment,the TTRS score was(0.53±0.61).The difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P0.05).Three months after the last treatment,the TTRS score was(0.47±0.51),and there was no significant difference compared with that after three times of treatment(P0.05).At the final follow-up,7 cases(36.8%)were very satisfied with the efficacy,10 cases(52.6%)were satisfied,and 2 cases(10.6%)were average.No obvious adverse reaction was recorded during the treatment.Conclusion For the treatment of lower eyelid bag,unipolar radio frequency therapy is safe,simple,effective,less painful,less adverse reactions,and highly accepted by patients.
