摘　　要：[目的]了解浙江省肿瘤放疗学科发展情况。[方法]按浙江省肿瘤放疗质控检查标准于2021年4月—2022年10月对全省放疗单位开展放疗质控检查,调查各个医院从事放疗的人员、设备、技术、年放疗患者数等数据。[结果]全省共67家放疗单位,治疗设备共124台,定位设备83台,质控设备433台,每百万人口放疗设备拥有量为1.92台。放疗从业人员共2301人,2022年全年总计收治患者53978例。[结论]浙江省放疗单位在放疗组织与装置的管理、放疗临床质量管理和放射物理与技术质量管理方面均有明显进步,但依旧存在地区发展不平衡、人员进修培训缺乏、放疗专业人员较少、临床质量管理精细化程度不足等问题,需进一步改善。[Purpose]To investigate the development of cancer radiotherapy in Zhejiang Province.[Methods]According to the standard of cancer radiation quality control examination of Zhejiang Province,radiotherapy quality control examination was carried out in the whole province from April 2021 to October 2022,and the data of personnel,equipment,technology and annual num-ber of patients with radiotherapy in each hospital were investigated.[Results]There were 67 ra-diotherapy units in the Zhejiang Province,with 124 radiotherapy equipments,83 localization equip-ments,433 quality control equipments,and the number of radiotherapy equipment per million population is 1.92.There were 2301 radiotherapy practitioners.In 2022,the total number of patients were 53978.[Conclusion]The radiotherapy units in Zhejiang Province have made obvious progress in radiotherapy organization and device management,radiotherapy clinical quality man-agement and radiation physical and technical quality management,but there are still some prob-lems including regional development imbalance,insufficient personnel training and radiotherapy professionals,insufficient refinement of clinical quality management that need to befurther improved.
