摘　　要：以肩周炎为切入点,探析上肢经筋与肌筋膜链的相关性。通过对比二者在肩关节的循行路线、解剖功能,探究二者在肩周炎发病特点与诊疗思路等方面的相关性;并比较阿是穴与激痛点的相关分布特征与致病特点,综合阐述二者在中西医不同理论指导下诊治肩周炎的差异互补。旨在从筋膜力学角度认识与丰富传统经筋理论,在原有治疗基础上增添综合视诊、触诊和功能评估的诊疗维度,扩展经筋近治、远治疾病范围,为临床治疗筋骨疾病寻找更优的指导方法。Take shoulder periarthritis as the starting point to explore the correlation between the upper limb meridian tendons and myofascial chain.By comparing the circulation routes and anatomical function of the two in the shoulder joint,the correlation between the two in the pathogenesis of shoulder periarthritis and the diagnosis and treatment ideas is explored.The distribution characteristics and pathogenicity of ashi acupoint and pain point are compared,and the difference and complementarity between them in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder periarthritis under the guidance of different theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are expounded comprehensively.The goal is to understand and enrich the traditional meridian theory from the perspective of fascia mechanics,to add the diagnosis and treatment dimension of comprehensive visual inspection diagnosis,palpation and functional evaluation on the basis of the original treatment,to expand the scope of near and far treatment of meridian diseases,and to find a more optimal guideline for the clinical treatment of musculoskeletal diseases.
