生津增液汤联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗口腔干燥综合征阴虚津亏证疗效及对患者ESR、CRP、IgG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生津增液汤联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗口腔干燥综合征阴虚津亏证疗效及对血沉(ESR)水平、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法:选择86例口腔干燥综合征(阴虚津亏证)患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组口服硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,观察组在硫酸羟氯喹片治疗基础上联合生津增液汤口服3个月。观察比较两组治疗3个月后中医证候积分、唾液量分泌情况、ESR、CRP、IgG、生活质量评分以及临床疗效,并比较两组用药不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗3个月后各项中医证候积分,血清ESR、IgG、CRP水平,口腔干燥、精神健康、睡眠障碍评分均降低(均P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组治疗3个月后平静唾液流速、平静唾液分泌总量、刺激唾液流速、刺激唾液分泌总量均升高(均P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.0%)高于对照组的(72.1%)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生津增液汤联合硫酸羟氯喹片能够有效下调口腔干燥综合征(阴虚津亏证)患者体内ESR、IgG、CRP水平,增加唾液分泌量,缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective:To explore the effect of Shengjin Zengye decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome(Yin deficiency and Jin deficiency syndrome)and its influence on ESR,CRP and IgG levels.Methods:86 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome(Yin deficiency and Jin deficiency syndrome)were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,while the observation group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets and Shengjin Zengye Decoction for 3 months.Observe and compare the TCM syndrome score,saliva secretion,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)level,immunoglobulin G(IgG)level,C-reactive protein(CRP)level,quality of life score and clinical efficacy of the two groups after 3 months of treatment,and compare the drug safety.Results:The scores of various TCM syndromes,serum ESR,IgG,CRP levels,dry mouth,mental health and sleep disorders in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group had lower scores for the above 6 symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).The flow rate of calm saliva,the total amount of calm saliva secretion,the flow rate of stimulated saliva and the total amount of stimulated saliva secretion increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the above four indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(93.0%)was higher than that of the control group(72.1%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengjin Zengye decoction combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets can effectively reduce the levels of ESR,IgG and CRP in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome(Yin deficiency and Jin deficiency syndrome),increase the amount of saliva secretion,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with significant curative effect and less adverse reactions.
