子午流注针法联合中药熏蒸治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子午流注针法联合中药熏蒸治疗水样液缺乏性干眼症的疗效及对患者泪膜稳定性的影响。方法:依据随机数字表法分配原则将110例水样液缺乏性干眼症患者分为对照组(55例)和治疗组(55例)。对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予子午流注针法联合中药熏蒸进行治疗,两组均持续治疗6周。比较两组治疗6周后的临床疗效,对比两组治疗前及治疗6周后的症状积分、泪膜稳定性、细胞因子、视觉相关生命质量及治疗期间的安全性。结果:治疗组治疗6周后的总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的78.18%(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,两组眼干涩、异物感、视疲劳、畏光、眼红、眼胀痛、泪液分泌量(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、泪液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与治疗前比较均降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组视力障碍、活动障碍、一般健康状况评分与治疗前比较均升高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现腹泻、眼部刺激、过敏等情况。结论:子午流注针法联合中药熏蒸可明显调节水样液缺乏性干眼症患者血清细胞因子水平,缓解机体炎症,提高泪膜稳定性,改善临床症状,进而可促进患者视觉相关生命质量的提高,疗效显著,安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of meridian ebb injection acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on dry eye caused by water sample deficiency and its influence on tear film stability of patients.Methods:According to the principle of random number table,110 patients with dry eye syndrome caused by water sample deficiency were divided into control and treatment group with 55 case in each.The control group and the treatment group were treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops,meridian ebb injection acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and polyethylene glycol eye drops.Both groups continued to be treated for 6 weeks.Between the two groups,the clinical efficacy after 6 weeks of treatment,the score of symptom,tear film stability,cytokine,visual-related quality of life before and after 6 weeks of treatment and the safety during treatment were compared.Results:The rate of total effective in the treatment group was 94.55%,higher than after 6 weeks of treatment 78.18%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of dry eye,foreign body sensation,visual fatigue,photophobia,redness,eye swelling and pain,tear secretion(SIT),tear film rupture time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor in tear-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the both groups were lower than before,the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).The scores of visual impairment,activity impairment and general health status in the both groups were higher than before,the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).No diarrhea,eye irritation,allergy,etc.in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Meridian ebb injection acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigatio could significantly regulate the level of serum cytokines in patients with dry eye caused by water sample deficiency,alleviate the inflammation of the body,improve the s
