摘　　要：“三个务必”是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足新时代中国共产党所处历史方位、自身发展要求国际国内新形势新变化等作出的重大科学论断,也是对全党同志走好新时代赶考之路的深刻提醒与谆谆告诫,具有重大历史与现实意义。研究认为“三个务必”是中国共产党继往开来守正创新的理论成果,是中国共产党百年奋斗成就经验的历史结晶,是中国共产党新征程夺取新胜利的政治要求。The“Three Musts”is a major scientific statement made by the CPC Central Committee with the core of President Xi based on the historical position of the CPC in the new era and the new changes in the new situation at home and abroad required by its own development.It is also a profound reminder and earnest exhortation for all Party members to take the road to the new era.It has great historical and practical significance.The study believes that the“Three Musts”are the theoretical achievements of the CPC in carrying forward the past and opening up the future,upholding integrity and innovation,the historical crystallization of the CPC’s centennial experience of struggle achievements,and the political requirements of the CPC in its new journey to win new victories.
