摘 要:在线用工平台从业者如何适应看似自主、实则严苛的算法管理工作环境一直是学术界关注的热点问题。尽管已有研究开始关注平台从业者对于算法管理的抵制行为,但是算法抵制行为的内涵维度和影响因素仍然缺乏深入探讨。本研究首先通过文献演绎和访谈归纳明确算法抵制行为的内涵维度(忽略算法指导、利用算法漏洞和对抗算法监控),提炼三个维度的具体测量条目;其次,收集多轮问卷数据进行量表结构和信效度分析。分析结果显示,算法抵制行为测量量表信度、区分效度和聚合效度均较高,平台从业者算法不公平感知和自主需要挫败正向影响算法抵制行为,平台信任负向影响算法抵制行为。文章最后讨论了在线用工平台情境下算法抵制行为测量量表的理论启示和实践贡献。How online labor platforms workers adapt to the seemingly autonomous but actually rigid working environment under algorithmic management has been a popular topic in management research.Although more and more studies have found that resistant behaviors toward algorithmic management are widespread among platform workers,the concept and measurement of such behaviors still lack in-depth research.The current paper first proposed the conceptualization and three dimensions(ignoring the guidance of the algorithm,exploiting the algorithmic loopholes,and confronting algorithmic monitoring)of resistant behaviors toward algorithmic management through literature review and in-person interviews.Second,the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by collecting multiple rounds of questionnaires.Results showed that the reliability,discriminant validity and convergent validity of the algorithmic resistant behavior scale were high.Platform workers'perceived algorithmic injustice and autonomy need frustration positively affected the algorithmic resistant behavior,while trust in the platform had a negative effect on it.Lastly,the paper discussed the theoretical and practical contributions of developing such a measure on workers'resistant behaviors toward the algorithmic management of online labor platforms.
