摘  要:以ICP-OES为分析方法,水系滤膜过滤或微波消解为前处理方法,分别建立了同时测定生活饮用水中15种重金属元素,以及同时测定膨化食品(薯片、爆米花)中6种重金属元素的检测方法。结果表明:该方法的加标回收率在92.1%~105.9%范围内,RSD在0.00064%~4.694%之间,准确性和精密度良好。生活饮用水样品和薯片样品的重金属浓度均未超过国家标准阈值浓度;爆米花样品中,部分样品Ni 3+浓度超过国家标准阈值浓度,所有样品Pb 2+浓度均超过国家标准阈值浓度。ICP-OES was used as the analysis method,and water filtration membrane filtration or microwave digestion was used as the pretreatment measure.Methods for simultaneous determination of 15 heavy metals in drinking water and 6 heavy metals in puffed food(potato chips and popcorn)were established.The result showed that the spiked recoveries of this method were in the range of 92.1%~105.9%,and RSD was in the range of 0.00064%~4.694%.This method showed good accuracy and precision.The concentrations of heavy metals in drinking water samples and potato chips samples did not exceed the national standard threshold concentration.Among the popcorn samples,Ni 3+concentration in some samples exceeded the national standard threshold concentration,and Pb 2+concentration in all samples exceeded the national standard threshold concentration.
