摘　　要：我国已成为研究生教育大国,在“双一流”高校建设背景下,如何尽快建设、完善高校研究生教育保障体系,为我国的经济和社会发展提供高质量的人才,是目前亟需解决的问题。针对研究生培养过程中存在的问题,我校化学工程与技术学科最近几年在研究生招生工作机制、培养方案优化、强化导师队伍建设、建立创新机制以及强化培养过程和毕业考核等多方面多层次进行了探索与实践,初步建立了研究生培养质量保障体系,取得了一定的成效。China has become a big nation of postgraduate education.Under the background of constructing“double First-class”high school,how to build and consummating the system of graduate education and contribute high quality talents for national economic and social development,is an urgent problem to be solved at present.In view of the problems existing in the process of postgraduate training,for the chemical engineering discipline of our university in recent years,many aspects were explored,such as graduate student admission,training program optimization,tutor team construction and strengthening,innovative mechanism construction,training process and graduation assessment strengthening,and the quality assurance system was preliminarily established.In the practice of recent years,some positive results were achieved.
