摘 要:一流学科建设不仅对高等学校人才培养提出更高要求,而且对课程教学提出全新挑战。创新驱动的本质是人才驱动,只有培养高水平的创新人才,才可能产生一流的创新成果。针对物理化学实验课程的特点及教学要求,提出一种人才创新驱动的物理化学实验教学改革思想。以《液体饱和蒸气压的测定》实验为例,创新驱动的物理化学实验教学改革策略包括混合激发式课前、课中及课后三个环节,显示线上线下双重教学优势,不仅提高学生学习的主动性和积极性、提升实验操作质量及改善实验结果,而且能够促进知识的内化并激发学生的探索创新精神,推动“以学生为中心”的教学思想转变。The development of first-class disciplines not only puts forward higher requirements for talent training in colleges,but also poses a new challenge to curriculum teaching.The essence of innovation-drive is talent-driven.First-class innovative results can only be produced by cultivating high-level innovation talents.Physical Chemistry Experiment-determination of saturated vapor pressure of liquid was taken as an example in order to explore design of the teaching idea.The teaching-reform strategy based on innovation driven adopting mixed-teaching inspiration consisted of three parts:before class,in class and after class.It showed that the dual advantages of online and offline teaching.The strategy could not only improve students learning initiative and enthusiasm,improve the quality of experimental operation and improve experimental results,but also promote the internalization of knowledge,stimulate students exploration and innovation spirit,promote the transformation of“student-centered”teaching thinking.
