摘 要:高校在推进课程思政中实施关键是教师队伍,教师是教学活动的策划者、实施者,需要结合学科建设、专业需求、学生特点对专业课的教学内容、教学方式进行改革。高校要明确人才培养目的,结合教学发展要求加强课程思政教师队伍建设,课程思政建设上把工作重心放在机制构建、能力提升、激发自觉上,通过扭住“四主”,让课程思政在专业课教师的思想行为和制度机制的协调互促中实现最优效益,为全面推进课程思政打下坚实基础。Colleges and universities have found that the key to implementation is the team of teachers,teachers are the planners and implementers of teaching activities,and it is necessary to reform the teaching content and teaching methods of professional courses in combination with discipline construction,professional needs,and student characteristics.Colleges and universities should clarify the purpose of personnel training,strengthen the construction of the curriculum ideological and political teacher team in combination with the requirements of teaching development,focus on the construction of mechanisms,ability improvement,and stimulation of consciousness in the construction of curriculum ideological and political affairs,and through twisting the“four masters”,let the curriculum ideological politics achieve the best benefits in the coordination and mutual promotion of the ideological behavior and institutional mechanisms of professional course teachers,laying a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the ideological and political affairs of the curriculum.
