从《老老恒言》看清代老人服饰设计与中医文化

摘　　要：《老老恒言》是清代文人曹庭栋编撰的一部养老书籍。书中详细论述了老人在不同生活场合中穿着的服饰,分门别类介绍了老人服饰的造型种类,阐明了清代老人服饰设计、制作与使用对于老人养生保健的重要意义。本文按照《老老恒言》各卷次牵涉的老人服饰养生内容,考察了老人服饰从古至清的医学嬗变历程,以及清代老人服饰设计与中医文化之间的密切关系,并探求了曹氏撰写的老人服饰养生知识背后的中医理论与文化观念。Lao Lao Heng Yan is a book on elderly care compiled by the Qing Dynasty scholar Cao Tingdong.In this book,the clothing worn by the elderly in different living situations is elaborated in detail,the types of clothing styles for the elderly in different categories are introduced,and the important significance of the design,production,as well as the use of clothing for the elderly in the Qing Dynasty for their health and wellness are clarified.In this paper,the medical evolution of elderly clothing from ancient times to the Qing Dynasty,the close relationship between elderly clothing design and traditional Chinese medicine culture are explored,and the traditional Chinese medicine theory and cultural concepts underlying the health preservation knowledge of elderly clothing written by Cao is investigated,based on the health preservation content of elderly clothing involved in each volume of Lao Lao Heng Yan.
