摘 要:针对现有柔性压力传感器标定装置及方法存在精度差、结构复杂且不易操作等问题,设计并搭建一种杠杆式标定装置。采用STM32和增量式PID算法作为微处理器和控制算法,实现标定装置中步进电机角度和速度控制。通过步进电机转动调节配重的位置,从而利用杠杆原理对施加在标定对象上的载荷进行调节。通过这种间接加压方式,可对标定对象进行高精度压力加载。实验表明:研制的杠杆式标定装置可在0~20 N量程内,20 s内达到期望压力值且测量误差保持在±0.01 N,具有高精度压力加载、操作简单等特点,可用于高质量、高效率的柔性压力传感器标定。Aiming at the problems of poor accuracy,complex structure and difficult operation of the existing calibration devices and methods for flexible pressure sensors calibrating,a leveraged calibration device was designed and built in this paper.By adopting STM32 and incremental PID algorithm as microprocessor and control algorithm,the angle and speed of the stepping motor in the calibrating device has been controlled.The position of a balancing weight was adjusted by the stepper motor,then the load applied on the calibration sensor was regulated according to the leverage.By this indirect way,the calibrated sensor can be load with high accuracy.Experiments show that developed lever calibration device can reach the expected pressure value within 20 seconds in the range of 20 N and the measurement error is kept at±0.01 N.It has the characteristics of high-precision pressure loading and simple operation.It can be used for the calibration of high-quality and high-efficiency flexible pressure sensors.
