摘　　要：本文主要介绍了PID可挥发性有机物检测仪的工作原理并说明了其衍生产品在化工企业中的应用,分别阐述两种检测仪在装置中使用的情况,着重说明厂区内应用广泛的泵吸式检测仪工作原理、结构,并就如何延长其使用寿命及降低维护成本进行详细的探讨。The thesis introduces the principle of PID technology used in VOC detectors and the productions used in the chemical industry derive from it.The effect of two kinds of the detector is also stated here.The thesis highlights the principle,structure of the detector with pump,and how to prolong the life and decease the cost of the equipment.
