摘 要:无缝线路稳定性情况与重型钢轨的安全直接关联,因此使用有限元软件分析重型钢轨无缝线路稳定性。使用CAD软件构建重型钢轨无缝线路的三维模型,再将该模型导入ANSYS有限元软件,构建重型钢轨无缝线路的有限元模型,在有限元软件中模拟并计算温度、曲线半径、道床阻力以及扣件刚度对于重型钢轨无缝线路稳定性。有限元分析结果显示,较高温度会导致重型钢轨无缝线路失去稳定性,曲线半径、道床阻力以及扣件刚度较高情况下都会提升重型钢轨无缝线路稳定性,其中扣件刚度应该大于30 kN/mm但是低于120 kN/mm,才能使得重型钢轨无缝线路获得较高稳定性。The stability of seamless rail is directly related to the safety of heavy rail,so the finite element software is used to analyze the stability of heavy rail seamless rail.CAD software was used to build a three-dimensional model of heavy-duty rail seamless rail line,and then the model was imported into ANSYS finite element software to build a finite element model of heavy-duty rail seamless rail line.In the finite element software,temperature,curve radius,ballast resistance and fastener stiffness were simulated and calculated for the stability of heavy-duty rail seamless rail line.The finite element analysis results show that higher temperature will lead to the loss of stability of heavy rail seamless line.The curve radius,the resistance of the ballast and the stiffness of the fastener will improve the stability of heavy rail seamless line.The stiffness of the fastener should be greater than 30 kN/mm but less than 120 kN/mm,so that the heavy rail seamless line can obtain higher stability.
