葆湿洁联合康复新液在宫颈癌急性放射性皮炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医用射线防护喷剂葆湿洁联合康复新液在宫颈癌急性放射性皮炎治疗中的临床效果。方法收集2020年1月至2022年7月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院妇产科就诊的宫颈癌累及阴道并接受放疗的89例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中试验组45例,用医用射线防护喷剂葆湿洁联合康复新液治疗;对照组44例,用康复新液外敷治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果在急性放射性皮炎治疗方面,1级急性放射性皮炎治疗进行两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2~3级放射性皮炎治疗比较,治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);在两组创面愈合时间、VAS评分方面比较,试验组治疗创面愈合时间短、恢复快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医用射线防护喷剂葆湿洁联合康复新液对治疗放射性皮炎优于单独应用康复新液,医用射线防护喷剂葆湿洁联合康复新液效果更佳、损伤恢复时间快,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medical ray protective spray Baoshuijie combined with Kangfuxin Ye in the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 89 patients with cervical cancer involving vagina who received radiotherapy in our department from January 2020 to July 2022 were collected as research objects.According to the random number table method,the experimental group was divided into two groups,and the experimental group was treated with medical ray protection spray Baoshijie combined with Kangfuxin Ye.44 cases in control group were treated with Kangfuxin Ye,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the treatment of acute radiation dermatitis,the treatment of grade 1 acute radiation dermatitis between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of grade 2 to 3 radiation dermatitis was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the two groups in terms of wound healing time and VAS score,the experimental group had shorter wound healing time and faster recovery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of radiation dermatitis with the combination of medical ray protection spray Baoshijie and Kangfuxin Ye is better than that with Kangfuxin Ye alone.The combination effect of medicine and medicine is better and the recovery time of injury is faster,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
