摘　　要：目的探讨睑板前筋膜与眼轮匝肌固定重睑术的效果,并比较传统切口与睑缘切口的优缺点。方法2019年1月至2022年1月379例患者行睑板前筋膜与眼轮匝肌固定重睑术,根据切口方式不同,分为2组。观察组192例,行睑缘切口内固定重睑术;对照组187例,行传统切口内固定重睑术。比较两组术后1年的满意度。结果睑板前筋膜与眼轮匝肌固定重睑术的效果都较好,术后消肿胀快,1年重睑宽度没有变窄。观察组患者满意率为97.92%,对照组的85.03%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睑板前筋膜与眼轮匝肌固定重睑术有术后恢复快,重睑稳定,瘢痕细小,而睑缘切口瘢痕更不明显,满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effffect of tarsal fascia and orbicularis oculi fifixation in double eyelidplasty,and compare the advantages of traditional incision and palpebral margin incision.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,379 patients underwent tarsal fascia and orbicularis oculi fifixation in double eyelidplasty.They were divided into two groups according to difffferent incision methods.A observation group of 192 cases underwent internal fifixation through palpebral margin incision;A control group of 187 cases underwent internal fifixationthrough traditional incision.Two groups were compared for satisfactionafter 1 year of surgery.Results The clinical effffect of double eyelid plasty is good,the swelling disappears quickly and the width of double eyelid is persistence.The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.92%,while that in the control group was 85.03%.The difffference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double eyelidplasty with tarsal fascia and orbicularis oculi fifixation has the advantages of rapid recovery,stable double eyelid and small scar,while the scar of palpebral margin incision is less obvious and more satisfactory,which is worthy of clinical application.
