摘 要:目的对比分析渗透树脂与微研磨技术对修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损患者有效率、美学效果及不良反应的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月期间我院收治的80例修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用微研磨技术治疗,观察组采用渗透树脂治疗,并对比分析两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后桥体位置红色美学指数、白斑样病损面积比改善情况及两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为85.00%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗和随访过程中均没有发生明显不良反应;治疗完成时两组桥体位置红色美学指数、白斑样病损面积比比较无明显差异,随访时桥体位置红色美学指数、白斑样病损面积比均显著改善,与治疗完成时比较具有显著差异(P<0.05),且观察组修复半年后随访时桥体位置红色美学指数、白斑样病损面积比与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渗透树脂对修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损患者有效率显著优于微研磨技术,且更有利于促进患者美学效果提升,并不会明显引起不良反应的影响。Objective To Comparative analysis of the effffects of penetrating resin and micro grinding technology on the effifficiency,aesthetic effffect,and adverse reactions of patients with white spot like lesions after orthodontic treatment.Methods Select 80 patients with dental plaque like lesions after orthodontic restoration admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects,and randomly divide them into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group,The control group was treated with micro grinding technology,while the observation group was treated with penetrating resin,And compare and analyze the total effffective rate of treatment,the red aesthetic index of pontine position before and after treatment,the improvement of the area ratio of white spot like lesions,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,while that of the control group was 85.00%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant adverse reactions during treatment and follow-up in both groups of patients;At the completion of treatment,there was no signifificant difffference in the red aesthetic index and white spot like lesion area ratio between the two groups.At follow-up,the red aesthetic index and white spot like lesion area ratio at the bridge position were signifificantly improved,with a signifificant difffference compared to the completion of treatment(P<0.05),Moreover,there was a statistically signifificant difffference in the red aesthetic index and white spot like lesion area ratio of the bridge position between the observation group and the control group during follow-up six months after repair(P<0.05).Conclusion Permeable resin is signifificantly more effffective than micro grinding technology in repairing white spot like lesions on the tooth surface after orthodontic treatment,and is more condu
