摘　　要：目的探讨根膜技术在前牙即刻种植患者中的应用效果及对美学指数的影响。方法将黄河三门峡医院2021年10月至2022年10月期间收治的70例前牙即刻种植患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(35例)、观察组(35例),对照组给予不翻瓣即刻种植治疗,观察组给予根膜技术即刻种植治疗,观察两组术后种植成功率、美学效果、生活质量及术后并发症情况。结果观察组术后种植成功率(97.14%)较对照组(82.86%)高(P<0.05);观察组近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头状况、软组织质地、软组织颜色、牙槽突外形、软组织形态、唇侧龈缘水平的粉红美学指数(PES)评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组修复体透明度、修复体表面纹理、修复体色调、牙冠外形及体积、牙冠形态的白色美学指数(WES)评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);术后12个月,观察组生活质量(QOL)量表各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率(11.43%)较对照组(34.28%)低(P<0.05)。结论根膜技术用于前牙即刻种植患者中,可以有效提高术后种植成功率及美学效果,改善生活质量,减少术后发生并发症。Objective To investigate the application effect of root membrane technology in patients with immediate anterior tooth implantation and its inflfluence on aesthetic index.Methods 70 patients with immediate anterior dental implantation admitted to Sanmenxia Hospital of the Yellow River from October 2021 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method:control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group was given immediate implantation without flflap,and the observation group was given immediate implantation with root fifilm technology.The success rate of implantation,aesthetic effect,quality of life and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results The success rate of implantation in observation group(97.14%)was higher than that in control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).The pink aesthetic index(PES)scores of mesiogingival papilla,distal gingival papilla,soft tissue texture,soft tissue color,alveolar appearance,soft tissue morphology and labiogingival margin in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The white aesthetic index(WES)scores of restoration transparency,surface texture,hue,crown shape and volume in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).12 months after surgery,the scores of quality of life(QOL)scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(11.43%)was lower than that in the control group(34.28%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of root membrane technique in immediate anterior tooth implantation can effectively improve the success rate and aesthetic effect of postoperative implantation,improve the quality of life,and reduce postoperative complications.
