摘 要:试验旨在研究秸秆类和秕壳类粗饲料主要营养成分含量,为粗饲料的高效利用提供理论依据。随机选取4种农作物的秸秆和秕壳共8种粗饲料原料,测定主要营养成分含量,并进行饲用价值(RFV)的评定。结果表明:8种粗饲料原料的饲用价值由高到低依次为黄豆秕壳、花生秸秆、小麦秕壳、稻草秸秆、小麦秸秆、黄豆秸秆、稻草秕壳、花生秕壳,分别为159.43、133.82、122.57、112.17、100.25、91.64、56.02、46.27。不同粗饲料原料的干物质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗蛋白含量和饲用价值及分级指数差异极显著(P<0.01)。8种粗饲料原料中秸秆类粗饲料中花生秸秆的水分含量和饲用价值以及分级指数最高,粗灰分和粗脂肪含量较低;而秕壳类粗饲料中黄豆秕壳的水分含量和饲用价值以及分级指数最高,粗灰分和粗脂肪含量较低。说明黄豆秕壳和花生秸秆可作为高营养价值的粗饲料原料进行开发利用。The purpose of the experiment was to study the main nutrient contents of straw and blighted husk roughage,and to provide theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of roughage.The results showed as follows:The order for feeding value of 8 kinds of roughage were soybean hull,peanut straw,wheat hull,rice straw,wheat straw,soybean straw,rice hull,peanut hull,and the feeding value were 159.43,133.82,122.57,112.17,100.25,91.64,56.02,46.27,respectively.The feeding value,grading index and the contents of dry matter,ether extract,crude ash and crude protein of different roughages were significantly different(P<0.01).The moisture content and feeding value and grading index of peanut straw among straw of roughage were the highest,and the contents of crude ash and crude fat were lower;The moisture content and feeding value and grading index of soybean hull among hull of roughage were the highest,and the contents of crude ash and crude fat were lower.Therefore,soybean hull and peanut straw can be developed and utilized as roughage of high nutritional value.
