摘 要:为探讨杜仲皮粉对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力以及肠道菌群的影响,试验选用280日龄大午金凤蛋鸡288只,随机平均分为4组,分别为对照组、1%杜仲皮粉添加组(1%组)、3%杜仲皮粉添加组(3%组)、5%杜仲皮粉添加组(5%组),饲喂63 d,分别为7 d的适应性喂养和56 d的正试期。适应性喂养时饲喂正常的蛋鸡全价料,随后7 d逐渐替换为试验饲粮。统计蛋鸡产蛋性能;试验结束后,采集鸡蛋、血清、肝脏、输卵管壶腹部、卵巢、回肠组织,进行蛋品质检测、抗氧化能力检测与肠道菌群测定。结果表明,饲粮中添加杜仲皮粉可提高蛋鸡产蛋率(P>0.05),增加平均蛋重,使血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),降低蛋鸡回肠中大肠杆菌数量,提高有益菌双歧杆菌数量。其中饲粮中添加5%的杜仲皮粉效果最显著。说明饲粮中添加5%的杜仲皮粉可以提高蛋鸡生产性能、改善抗氧化能力与调节肠道菌群。To explore the effect of Eucommia ulmoides bark powder on production performance,oxidation resistance and intestinal flora of laying hens,288280-day-old Dawu Jinfeng laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,blank control group,1%respectively eucommia skin eucommia ulmoides powder add group(group 1%),3%skin eucommia ulmoides powder add group(group 3%)and 5%leather powder add group(group 5%),Feeding for 63 days was a 7-day pre-trial period and an 56-day trial period.At the beginning of the pre-trial period,laying hens were fed the normal full feed and gradually replaced with the experimental diet for the following 7 days.Statistical laying performance of laying hens,after the experiment,eggs,serum,liver,oviduct,ovary and ileum were collected for egg quality detection,antioxidant capacity detection and intestinal flora determination.The results showed that dietary eucommia ulmoides skin powder increased laying rate(P>0.05),increased total antioxidant capacity,decreased the content of malondialdehyde(P<0.05),and decreas`ed the number of Escherichia coli in ileum of laying hens.The number of beneficial bacteria bifidobacterium was significantly increased(P<0.05).Among them,dietary supplementation of 5%Eucommia ulmoides had the most significant effect.Therefore,dietary supplementation of 5%Eucommia ulmoides peel powder has obvious effects on improving performance,antioxidant capacity and regulating intestinal flora of laying hens.
