摘  要:使用FLUENT数值模拟软件对包钢(LF)精炼炉冶炼工艺中钢包底吹氩过程进行了模拟,从底吹氩气流量、炉渣碱度、渣层厚度和实际炉盖结构等方面分析了LF精炼炉水冷炉盖漏水的原因,并结合计算结果和现场实际提出了整改措施。结果表明:易产生漏点的区域分别是底吹元件附近和远离底吹元件处;大氩气流量造成钢水液面波动剧烈,易产生两处较高的凸起;当渣层碱度较低时,钢水与渣层作用力下降,液面波动剧烈;当渣层厚度较小时,无法对钢水表面产生较好的覆盖作用,钢水波动较大。FLUENT numerical simulation software was used to simulate the process of ladle bottom blowing argon in ladle furnace(LF)refining furnace smelting process.The causes of water leakage of LF refining furnace watercooled furnace cover were analyzed from the aspects of bottom blowing argon flow rate,slag basicity,slag layer thickness and actual furnace cover structure,and the rectification measures were put forward according to the calculation results and field practice.The results showed that the areas prone to leakage were near the bottom blowing element and away from the bottom blowing element.The large argon flow rate obviously caused the molten steel level to fluctuate violently,and it was easy to produce two higher bulges.When the basicity of slag layer was low,the force between liquid steel and slag layer decreased,and the liquid level fluctuated violently.When the thickness of slag layer was small,it could not cover the surface of liquid steel well,and liquid steel fluctuated greatly.
