摘 要:随着国内饲料行业市场逐步回暖,饲料市场需求持续扩大,产业集中度不断提高,但饲料产业生态化转型较慢,饲料产品质量较差,生产技术创新性不足,一些中小型饲料企业缺乏核心竞争优势,这些都是造成生态饲料产业发展低效的重要原因。其中,生态饲料基地创业人才短缺,难以支撑生态饲料企业创新性发展,具体表现为创业人才引进力度不足,人才培育质量有待提高,人才评估机制不够健全等,而校企共育模式的应用推广有效缓解了饲料企业人才匮乏的问题。因此,文章基于校企共育模式,以生态饲料基地创业人才培育现状及问题为切入点,详细探讨了生态饲料基地创业人才培育的重要性及实施途径。China's feed market demand continues to grow,and the industry's concentration ratio is improving,but the feed industry's ecological transformation is slow.Some small and medium-sized feed enterprises have poor product quality,insufficient innovation in production technology,and a shortage of talent reserves in their bases.Among them,there is a serious shortage of entrepreneurial talents in the ecological feed base,which restricts the innovative construction and development of ecological feed enterprises.This is manifested in the insufficient introduction of entrepreneurial talents,the need to improve the quality of talent cultivation,and the inadequate talent evaluation mechanism.The application and promotion of the school enterprise joint education model effectively alleviate the problem of shortage of feed talents.Therefore,based on the school enterprise joint education model,this article takes the current situation and problems of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in ecological feed bases as the starting point,and explores in detail the importance and implementation methods of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in ecological feed bases.
