摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合昂丹司琼治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法:抽取2020年1月至2021年6月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的74例胃肠肿瘤化疗发生胃肠道反应患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组37例。对照组接受昂丹司琼治疗,研究组接受针灸+昂丹司琼治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后胆红素(TB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平及胃肠道反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组TB、ALT、ALP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胃肠反应发生状况控制率(83.48%,31/37)高于对照组(67.57%,25/37),P<0.05。结论:胃肠肿瘤化疗患者开展针灸联合昂丹司琼治疗具有积极意义,能有效改善其胃肠功能,缓解胃肠反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with ondansetron on gastrointestinal reactions in patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy.Methods Seventy-four patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy treated in Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects.Patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received ondansetron treatment,and the study group received acupuncture combined with ondansetron treatment.The levels of total bilirubin(TB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups;and the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TB,ALT,and ALP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The control rate of gastrointestinal reactions in the study group(83.48%,31/37)was higher than that in the control group(67.57%,25/37),P<0.05.Conclusions Acupuncture combined with ondansetron therapy has positive significance in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy,which can effectively improve gastrointestinal function and relieve gastrointestinal reaction,and has clinical promotion value.
