摘 要:目的探讨临床护士实施责任制整体护理的障碍因素,为更好地实施责任制整体护理提供参考。方法采用描述性质性研究对15名临床护士进行半结构式深入访谈,采用内容分析法分析资料。结果护士实施责任制整体护理的困境提炼出思维模式与习惯的冲突、理论与现实开展的差距、相关文件书写的负担、护理人力资源不足、成效不显著带来的倦怠感5个主题;实施责任制整体护理的建议提炼出合理的排班模式、健全的反馈机制2个主题。结论护士在责任制整体护理落实过程中需克服相关阻碍因素,转变传统思维,积极面对现实阻力,管理者需优化人力资源配置,推动信息化建设等,进一步深化责任制整体护理。Objective To explore the obstacles of implementing responsibility holistic nursing among clinical nurses,so as to provide a reference for better implementation of responsibility holistic nursing.Methods A descriptive qualitative study was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews among 15 clinical nurses,then content analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results The nurses′dilemma on implementing responsibility holistic nursing extracted five themes:the conflict between thinking mode and habit,the gap between theory and reality,the burden of writing relevant documents,the lack of nursing human resources,and the sense of burnout caused by the insignificant effect.Their suggestions were extracted two themes:a reasonable scheduling model and a sound feedback mechanism.Conclusion Nurses should overcome relevant obstacles,change traditional thinking and actively face practical obstacles when implementing responsibility holistic nursing,and administrators should optimize the allocation of human resources and promote the construction of information technology to further deepen responsibility holistic nursing.
