摘 要:对覆板加强主管和支主管间设置加劲板的Q460C方钢管X型节点与常规节点进行了主管轴压静力加载试验,考察了覆板和加劲板对X型节点受力性能的影响,获得了节点的破坏模式、荷载—位移曲线、极限承载力、极限位移、刚度、延性、节点区应变分布演化等力学性能参数.试验结果显示:覆板和加劲板加强的Q460C方钢管X型节点的主要破坏模式为上支管根部附近覆板上半区向外鼓曲,下半区向内凹陷;覆板和主管连接处上半区焊缝开裂,覆板脱落;与上支管相连的加劲板根部焊缝开裂,上支管和覆板凸起;下支管根部的覆板和支管壁凹陷.覆板和加劲板构造明显提高了Q460C方钢管X型节点的承载力、变形能力、延性和刚度,加强节点的极限承载力、极限变形和延性较常规节点分别提高51.9%~105.3%、19.3%~38.2%和0~34.7%.Static loading tests under axial compression on chord are performed on X-joints of Q460C steel square tubes with cover plate strengthening chord and ribs between braces and chord.The effects of cover plate and ribs on the mechanical properties of X-joints are investigated,and the mechanical performance parameters are obtained for failure modes,load-displacement curves,ultimate bearing capacity,ultimate displacement,stiffness,ductility and strain distribution evolution in the panel zone,and so on.The test results show that the failure modes of the X-joints strengthened with cover plate and ribs are the buckling outward to and inward from the upper half and the lower half of the cover plate at the upper brace root.The weld between cover plate and the chord in the upper half of the connection zone crack,and the covered plates fall off.The weld at the root of the stiffening plate is connected with the upper brace crack,and the upper brace and the cover plate bulge.The cover plate at the root of the lower brace and the brace wall are found to be concave.The bearing capacity,deformation,ductility and stiffness of Q460C square steel tube X-joints are obviously improved by cover plate and ribs.The ultimate bearing capacity,ultimate deformation and ductility of the reinforced joints are 51.9%-105.3%,19.3%-38.2%and 0-34.7%higher than those indices of traditional joint respectively.
