摘　　要：进行性半侧颜面萎缩(PHA)又称帕罗综合征(PRS),其发病机制尚不清楚。该疾病以面部单侧组织进行性萎缩为特征,临床治疗以对症为主。本文对1例伴有癫痫的PHA病例进行7年的追踪随访,现对其口腔综合治疗及患儿生活质量改善等方面进行报道。Progressive hemifacial atrophy(PHA),also known as Parry-Romberg syndrome(PRS),is still unclear with its pathogenesis.PHA is characterized by progressive atrophy of unilateral facial tissue,which is mainly treated by symptomatic treatment in clinic.In this article,a case of progressive hemifacial atrophy with epilepsy had been followed up for seven years,and the comprehensive oral treatment and improvement of life quality were reported.
