摘 要:疼痛是口腔正畸诊疗过程中最常见的不良反应之一,减轻正畸疼痛,不仅有助于提高患者的生活质量,使患者获得舒适化的诊疗体验,更有助于增加依从性,提高治疗效果,有积极的临床意义。然而,现今临床上并无广泛使用的正畸疼痛缓解措施。本文就正畸疼痛的分子机制、影响因素、评估方法和缓解措施等4个方面进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。Pain is one of the most common adverse reactions during orthodontic treatment.Reducing orthodontic pain not only improves the patients′oral health-related quality of life and provides them comfortable treatment experience,but also improves the patient compliance and treatment effect,leading to positive clinical significance.However,there are no widely used orthodontic pain relief measures in clinical practice now.Four aspects of orthodontic pain were discussed in this article,including molecular mechanisms,influencing factors,assessment methods,and relief measures,in the hope of providing a reference for clinical practice.
