摘  要:结直肠癌作为一种遗传性疾病,其发病机制涉及多个基因。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肿瘤发生过程中起着重要的调节作用,对肿瘤的发展有重要影响。该文概述了lncRNA在结直肠癌中作为竞争性内源性RNA如何发挥其功能以及它们的表达是如何被调节,并重点介绍了以下lncRNA:HOTAIR、MALAT1、NEAT1在结直肠癌预后与肿瘤进展、侵袭、转移、细胞凋亡、放射抵抗等方面的作用机制,并阐明其作为治疗靶点的潜在作用。Colorectal cancer,as a genetic disease,involves multiple genes in its pathogenesis.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNA)play an important regulatory role in tumorigenesis and have a significant impact on tumor progression.In this review,how lncRNA function as competing endogenous RNAs in colorectal cancer and how their expression is regulated are outlined,and the mechanisms of action of the following lncRNA:HOX antisense intergenic RNA(HOTAIR),metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1),nuclear enriched transcript 1(NEAT1)in colorectal cancer prognosis and tumor progression,invasion,metastasis,apoptosis,and radioresistance are highlighted,and their potential roles as therapeutic targets are elucidated.
