摘  要:少儿艺术培训事关孩子的成长,一直备受人们的关注。“双减”政策出台后,让更多的人关注到少儿艺术培训服务的质量。然而少儿艺术培训服务机构在发展过程中存在着硬件参差不齐、教学成效难衡量等问题。针对培训服务中存在的质量问题,本文通过标准化手段进行梳理分析,建立少儿艺术培训服务标准体系,为少儿艺术培训机构及管理部门制定相应的标准规范提供参考。Children's art training is related to the growth of children and has attracted people's attention.After the introduction of the“double reduction”policy,more people pay attention to the quality of children's art training service.However,in the development process of children's art training institutions,there are more problems such as uneven hardware and difficulty in measuring teaching effectiveness.This paper introduces and analyzes the existing quality problems in the training service through standardized means,and establishes the standards system of children's art training service,so as to provide reference for the children's art training institutions and management departments to develop the corresponding standards and norms.
