摘 要:中国现已成为全球家电的制造中心,降本提效、薄利多销成为当前行业竞争的主流模式,在此前提下,如何做好供应商质量管理成为家电产品质量提升和市场竞争力的基础。本文从供应商的开发和选择、供货产品的质量控制、供应商的动态管理、供应商的激励和考核四个方面做了初步的研究,供相关企业和研究人员参考。China has now become the manufacturing center of global home appliances,and cost reduction and efficiency improvement and small profits and quick sales have become the mainstream mode of current industry competition.Under this premise,how to do a good job in supplier quality management has become the basis for improving the quality of home appliance products and market competitiveness.This paper makes preliminary research in four aspects:supplier development and selection,quality control of supplied products,dynamic management of suppliers,and incentive and assessment of suppliers,for the reference of relevant enterprises and researchers.
