摘 要:针对空空导弹电子安全系统各部件功能独立性较弱,维护升级难度较高,程序设计复杂度较高等问题,提出基于模块化设计的全电子安全控制系统。该系统分别从硬件和软件方面对全电子安全系统的模块化设计方法进行分析研究,通过PID算法对电容电压进行闭环控制。最后通过采用Modelsim软件和低能爆炸箔试验分别对电子安全系统进行仿真验证和可行性分析测试。结果表明,该全电子安全控制系统性能可靠,各部件功能独立性增强,程序设计复杂度降低,软硬件可维护性都得到提高,能够满足空空导弹的作战需求。In view of the weak functional independence of the components of the air-to-air missile electronic security system,the difficulty of maintenance and upgrade,and the high complexity of program design,an all-electronic security control system based on modular design was proposed in this paper.Based on the modular electronic security system,the hardware and software of the system were analyzed and studied respectively,and the PID algorithm carried on the closed-loop control to the capacitor voltage.Finally,the electronic security system was simulated and tested by using Modelsim software and low-energy explosive foil test.The analysis showed that the performance of the full electronic security control system based on modular design was reliable,the functional independence of each component was enhanced,the complexity of programming was reduced,and the maintainability of software and hardware was improved.
