某三甲医院护士参与互联网护理意愿调查与分析

摘　　要：目的分析某三甲医院护士对互联网护理的参与意愿,并探讨相关影响因素。方法随机抽取某三甲医院220例(N3级176例、N4级44例)在职护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷调查护士互联网护理参与意愿,分值≤2、>2分者分别纳入低意愿组、高意愿组。采用logistics回归分析影响护士参与互联网护理意愿的相关因素。结果N4级护士工作认知、社会支持及总分分值高于N3级护士,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。logistics回归分析结果显示学历、职称、房贷压力、了解互联网护理是影响护士互联网护理参与意愿的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论建议以高学历、高职称、有房贷压力、了解互联网护理为切入点推进互联网护理工作。Objective To analyze nurses'willingness to participate in Internet nursing in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital,and to explore the related influencing factors.Methods 220 in-service nurses(176 in grade N3 and 44 in grade N4)in a Grade-A Tertiary hospital were randomly selected as the investigation objects,and the nurses'willingness to participate in Internet nursing was investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire.Those with scores≤2 and>2 were respectively included in the low-willingness group and the high-willingness group.Logistics regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting nurses'willingness to participate in Internet nursing.Results The work cognition,social support and total score of N4 nurses were higher than those of N3 nurses,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Logistics regression analysis showed that education background,professional title,mortgage pressure and understanding of Internet nursing were the influencing factors of nurses'willingness to participate in Internet nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that Internet nursing should be promoted with high education,high professional title,mortgage pressure and understanding of Internet nursing.
