急性白血病患者睡眠紊乱同疲乏的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探究急性白血病(AL)患者睡眠紊乱与疲乏之间相关性。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年11月山东大学齐鲁医院儿科急性白血病患者76例作为研究对象,以多维疲劳量表(MFI)进行患者疲乏程度调查,将其分为对照组(MFI<12分,33例)、观察组(MFI≥12分,43例)。对所有患者以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表进行睡眠紊乱情况调查,以Pearson分析2组患者PSQI量表中睡眠因子之间评分水平,并分析急性白血病患者睡眠紊乱与疲乏之间相关性。结果:观察组PSQI量表中睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍因子评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);经相关性分析显示,PSQI中睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍因子及总分与MFI评分之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:对AL患者疲乏感及PSQI量表相关性分析中显示,PSQI中睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍因子及总分与MFI评分之间呈正相关。Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep disorder and fatigue in acute leukemia(AL)patients.Methods:A total of 76 patients with acute leukemia in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research object.The fatigue degree of patients was investigated by multidimensional fatigue scale(MFI),and they were divided into control group(MFI<12 points,33 cases)and observation group(MFI≥12 points,43 cases).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale was used to investigate the sleep disorders of all patients.Pearson was used to analyze the score level between sleep factors in PSQI scale of patients in the two groups,and to analyze the correlation between sleep disorders and fatigue in patients with acute leukemia.Results:The scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction in PSQI scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction factor and total score in PSQI were positively correlated with MFI score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Correlation analysis of fatigue and PSQI scale in AL patients showed that sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction factor and total score in PSQI were positively correlated with MFI score,and the difference was statistically significant.
