基于人文关怀护理理念的心理干预对精神分裂症康复期患者睡眠质量和社交能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究基于人文关怀护理理念的心理干预对精神分裂症康复期患者睡眠质量与社交能力的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2022年1月泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症康复期患者72例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用基于人文关怀护理理念的心理干预。比较2组干预前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表]、社交能力[社交技能评定目录(SSC)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)]、护理满意度差异。结果:干预后,观察组的PSQI、SSC、SDSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀护理理念的心理干预对提升精神分裂症康复期患者的睡眠质量和社交能力,改善患者社会功能均有积极作用,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of psychological intervention based on the concept of humanistic care on sleep quality and social skills of patients recovering from schizophrenia.Methods:Seventy-two patients admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital during the rehabilitation period of schizophrenia from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group used conventional psychological intervention,and the observation group used psychological intervention based on the concept of humanistic care.The differences in sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale],social skills[Social Skills Criteria Catalogue(SSC),Social Functioning Deficit Screening Scale(SDSS)],and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the PSQI,SSC,and SDSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the test observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological interventions based on the concept of humanistic care have a positive effect on enhancing the sleep quality and social skills of patients recovering from schizophrenia and improving their social functions,with high patient satisfaction,and are worthy of clinical promotion.
