摘　　要：目的:分析基于系统化的目标护理对慢性精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及社会功能康复的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年3月福建省南安市康复院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=38)。观察组给予系统化的目标护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。采用精神分裂症PNASS量表比较2组患者的症状严重程度,采用精神患者社会功能评分(SSPI)比较2组患者的社会功能恢复情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化。结果:护理干预后,2组PSQI评分、PANSS各项评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理干预后,2组SSPI各项评分均有所升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在慢性精神分裂症患者的护理中,基于系统化的目标护理能有效改善患者相关精神分裂症状,提高患者的睡眠质量,加快患者恢复社会功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effects of systematic target nursing on sleep quality and social function rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Nan′an Rehabilitation Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The observation group was given systematic target nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.PNASS schizophrenia scale was used to compare the severity of symptoms between the 2 groups,SSPI score was used to compare the recovery of social function between the 2 groups,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the change of sleep quality between the 2 groups before and after intervention.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI scores and PANSS scores in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05);After nursing intervention,the SSPI scores of the 2 groups were increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significance between the 2 groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of chronic schizophrenia patients,systematic target nursing can effectively improve the schizophrenia symptoms,improve the sleep quality of patients,accelerate the recovery of social function of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
